Right of withdrawal from the contract
Information - right of withdrawal
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and applicable national law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance financial services contract within 14 calendar days, without having to give reasons for your decision and without incurring any penalties, within the period provided by law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to communicate to us, before the expiry of the legal period, your decision by means of a statement, using one of the communication channels made available.
In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, the contract shall terminate and the parties shall fulfil their obligations arising from the withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the contractual provisions.
