Beware of new fraud schemes
To protect your money it is important that you are vigilant and do not provide personal information to third parties by email or phone.
1. Check the sender – make sure the email address is official. The bank will not request sensitive information by email or phone
2. Do not give out personal information - passwords, account numbers or other personal data over the phone or email
3. Report any suspicious activity: Contact the Bank directly to report any suspicious email or call
4. Use only official channels: the bank's official website for information / support
5. Website Verification: Make sure the website is secure (look for "https://" and a lock symbol in the address bar).
6. Do not allow access to your device if you are not absolutely sure of the identity of the person requesting help
