What is the lease?
We have a long experience in leasing transactions and currently the Group is mainly active in the Central and East Europe.
At the end of the leasing period, the Bank undertakes to respect the lessee’s right of option:
- to purchase the good
- to extend the lease agreement without changing the nature of lease
- to end the contractual relationship
General financing terms
Currency: RON / EUR
Deposit: min. 10%
Financing term:
- 1–5 years for vehicles
- 1–6 years for equipment
Residual value: 1–5% of the purchase price of the asset
Interest rate: variable, based on the 3-month Euribor / Robor index + an attractive fixed margin
Administration fee: charged once, upon signing the contract
Monthly operational fee: starting from 0 (zero)
Logistics fee: 200 EUR + VAT
Repayment frequency: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly
