Currency exchanges made through Digical Mobile & Internet Banking on weekdays between 07:00 and 13:00 and 14:00 and 16:00 are now at the BNR exchange rate. Within the limit of the equivalent of 1,500 EUR*/day, you can exchange LEI/EUR and EUR/LEI at the BNR exchange rate valid on the date of the exchange. The offer is available for currency exchanges between your own accounts opened with Intesa Sanpaolo Bank and is an extra benefit, without being part of the transactional offer you have chosen.
Foreign exchange exceeding the equivalent of 1,500 EUR/day will be carried out at the Bank's standard exchange rate of the day in question.For example: if you carry out a foreign exchange in the equivalent of 1,501 EUR, the Bank's standard exchange rate of the day in question will apply to the entire amount, not the BNR rate. For a currency exchange of up to EUR 1,500, the full amount will be exchanged at the BNR exchange rate of that day.
