Mobile & Internet Banking

Mobile &Internet Banking is the Bank's digital banking service, which offers a modern, fast, easy and secure way to access the Bank's services and products.
The services provided by Mobile &Internet Banking can be accessed through the Mobile Banking application intended for mobile devices, as well as through Internet Banking service.

Digical Mobile & Internet Banking are addressed exclusively to natural person customers, account holders.

To activate the Mobile & Internet Banking service, the customer's physical presence in one of the bank's branches is required.

The Internet Banking service can be accessed directly from the bank’s website, in the dedicated section, or through the Mobile Banking app, available in the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery.

Starting from October 1, 2025, the Internet Banking service (I-B@nk) for individuals will be discontinued from the Bank’s product and service portfolio. Existing clients who use I-B@nk can activate the new Mobile and Internet Banking service at the nearest branch.

The two services cannot be used simultaneously. Starting October 1, 2025, the Internet Banking service (I-B@nk) for individual customers will be withdrawn from the Bank’s product and service portfolio.

When contracting the service, the customer can choose one of our START, PLUS or PREMIUM offers. The Mobile & Internet Banking service does not have an additional cost for these offers.

It is a specific functionality of Mobile Banking  which consists in the possibility for the customer to make split payments, i.e. to share a payment with other customers of the Bank, who are also enrolled in Mobile Banking.

It is a specific Mobile Banking functionality that allows customers to pay to the recipient's account by selecting the mobile phone number from the contact list.

a) Daily limits per client – ​​50,000 RON or EUR equivalent
b) Monthly limits per client – ​​250,000 RON or EUR equivalent
The limits mentioned above do not apply to transfers between the customer's own accounts.
c) Daily limit for currency exchanges: there is no imposed daily limit
d) Limit per transaction for currency exchanges: 19,999.99 EUR equivalent/transaction (currency/RON) respectively 99,999.99 EUR equivalent/transaction in the case of conversions (currency/currency)

Transaction limits for operations carried out through Digical Mobile & Internet Banking can be increased at the customer's request, through a written request submitted to the Bank's headquarters.

Yes, including international numbers, provided they are saved as the client’s contact.
